| Job Title: Senior/Principle Satellite Communications Architect |
| Description |
| A leading Aerospace organisation is currently seeking a Senior/Principle Satellite Communications Architect to join their team. You will be responsible for Pan-European process improvement and support the Data Handling Group.
The Senior/Principle Satellite Communications Architect will define subsystems, manage interfaces and links, ensure compatibility between on-board and ground based communication systems and perform technical management of communications equipment.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant subject with knowledge in the following areas: Standards - ECSS, CCDS, EIA, data bus architecture and protocols - MIL, CAN, Spacewire, analogue and digital electrical interface standards. Additionally a knowledge of UHF and Microwave communication systems would be advantageous.
This position is based in Hertfordshire.
